Kladd

Kladd is Swedish for the messy draft you scribble before doing the real thing. It is easy to get stuck in this phase. Ideas are presented, everyone nods, someone takes a photo of the board, and nothing comes of it. I built Kladd because I wanted the session itself to end with an actionable document.

Ideas land as cards on a shared canvas, collaborators can cluster and vote on them live, and the winners get promoted into a document everyone writes in together — then exported as Markdown.

No accounts and no setup. Send a link and the room is live.

I built the realtime layer myself. Every card move and keystroke syncs live between collaborators, and anyone who drops offline gets their edits merged cleanly back in on reconnect.
