Provisions

I built Provisions to know what is in stock, what I can cook with it, and what to use first before it goes bad. Freshness thresholds differ per ingredient, use-soon badges appear when something is close, and the oldest purchase is consumed first.

Everything scans in by barcode, recipes rank by what I can make right now, and whatever is missing rolls onto the shopping list. In between sits a matching engine with synonyms and unit-aware conversions, so the pantry’s chicken breast satisfies a recipe’s chicken breasts.

Designed for a hand full of grocery bags: scanning one-handed, gestures instead of precise taps, everything within thumb reach. Fully offline, no account, no backend. Kitchens and grocery-store basements do not have signal.
